Dr. Zhiwen Cui

Dr. Zhiwen Cui has been a Postdoctoral Fellow at Tsinghua University since 2022. He earned his Ph.D. from Tsinghua University in the same year. His research focuses on the dynamics of non-spherical particles, particle-laden turbulent flows, fluid-solid interactions, and related areas. Dr. Cui has published over 10 articles in prestigious journals such as the Journal of Fluid Mechanics, Physics of Fluids, and Science Advances.

Dr. Cui initiated the PhyStar project and completed the most part of this project. In the future work, he is responsible for the following development:

3. Particle models and solvers
4. Large Eddy Simulation, wall model
